Can I remove some of my features?
- No, with the exception of voicemail.
- If you would like to disconnect your voicemail, call Customer Service at 1-866-577-6263.
I don't have a dial tone.
- Ensure all of your phones are on the hook.
- Ensure you are not using a dial-up Internet service.
- If you are using a cordless phone, try a corded phone; the battery may be dead on the cordless.
- If the problem persists, please call Customer Service at 1-866-577-6263.
My caller ID is displaying someone else's name.
- The previous customer is listed in the directory.
- To have the listing updated, please call Customer Service at 1-866-577-6263.
My voicemail has someone else's name or someone else's voicemail picks up.
- The previous customer's voicemail is still recorded on the phone switch, and the voicemail needs to be reset.
- To have your voicemail reset, please call Customer Service at 1-866-577-6263.
