DSL is an entry-level broadband technology. It allows end users to maximize their standard phone line by utilizing the digital signal on the line. This way, voice, fax and Internet traffic can run on a single phone line. There are two pieces to this product: the circuit provided by Qwest Communications, and the Internet access provided by Multiband.

Q: Can I use my phone and/or fax machine at the same time I am online?
A: Yes. The DSL uses the digital side of your phone line while phone and fax traffic runs on the analog side.Q: Will I get one bill?
A: No. Qwest will bill you for the circuit (for allowing your phone line to carry both digital and analog traffic) along with your regular phone service. You will get a second bill from Multiband for the Internet service.Q: Who provides the modem?
